These Terms cover two things provided by AIDoingIt ("we," "us," "our"): Part A, the aidoingit.com website and its live data cards, and Part B, the Book Trader mobile application. By using either one, you agree to the Terms for that part. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The aidoingit.com home page shows swipeable cards built from live JSON data returned by third-party public APIs (for example weather, crypto, images, random data and other free public data sources), along with history snapshots of that data. Cards in the "Kalshi 15-Min Markets" category show live public market data (prices, strikes, close times and open interest) for Kalshi, Inc. ("Kalshi") 15-minute event contracts.
Card data, images, video and text come from third-party providers that we do not control. Each provider's own terms of use and licenses apply to its data and content, and all trademarks, logos and images belong to their respective owners. We display this content for informational purposes, and we may add, change or remove cards or sources at any time. If you believe content shown on a card infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
Nothing on the website, including the Kalshi market cards, is investment, trading, legal, financial or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Market cards are for information only. AIDoingIt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Kalshi, and is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser or exchange. Trading is done only on Kalshi or through the Book Trader app on your own Kalshi account, under Part B.
THE WEBSITE AND ALL CARD DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, cached or unavailable, and third-party APIs can change or stop at any time. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
You may rate cards ("Good" / "Bad") and leave comments. Comments are public. You are responsible for what you post, and you must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or that contains personal information about others. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and use your votes and comments to operate and improve the website. We may remove any comment at any time. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its servers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIDOINGIT, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE OR ANY CARD DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Book Trader mobile application ("the App," "the Software"). The App is provided by AIDoingIt ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Book Trader is a software interface that connects to the Kalshi, Inc. ("Kalshi") trading API using an API key and credentials that you provide and control. The App displays market data retrieved from Kalshi and from our own servers, and it submits orders to Kalshi only when you directly initiate them.
Book Trader is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or exchange. We do not hold, custody, or have access to your funds or positions. All trades executed through the App are executed on your Kalshi account, under your Kalshi account agreement, and are subject to Kalshi's own rules, terms, and risk disclosures.
Nothing in the App constitutes investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Market data, price charts, order book depth, and any summary or informational content displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any trading decision. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade before you place it.
Trading prediction market contracts on Kalshi involves substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of funds committed to a position. Contracts may expire worthless. Markets may be illiquid. Prices may move rapidly. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the App, and that you assume full responsibility and risk for any losses that result from your use of the App, including losses caused in whole or in part by software defects, display errors, network interruptions, delayed or stale data, or any other cause.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED (INCLUDING PRICES, ORDER BOOK DEPTH, POSITIONS, OR BALANCES) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. SOFTWARE BUGS, DISPLAY LAG, CONNECTIVITY FAILURES, AND THIRD-PARTY API CHANGES CAN AND DO OCCUR.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AIDOINGIT, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) A BUG OR DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE; (B) AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED, NOT PLACED, DELAYED, OR EXECUTED AT A DIFFERENT PRICE OR QUANTITY THAN DISPLAYED OR INTENDED; (C) INACCURATE OR DELAYED MARKET DATA; (D) ANY INTERRUPTION, OUTAGE, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE APP, OUR SERVERS, OR KALSHI'S API; OR (E) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE, ACCOUNT, OR API CREDENTIALS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation reflects the allocation of risk between the parties and applies notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Kalshi API Key ID and private key. Credentials you enter are stored locally on your device and transmitted directly to our server solely to sign requests on your behalf for the specific order you submit; we do not sell, rent, or share your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Kalshi account via the App, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you should immediately rotate or revoke your API key directly with Kalshi.
The App depends on Kalshi's API and infrastructure, which we do not control. Kalshi may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its API at any time, which may affect or interrupt the App's functionality without notice. Your relationship with Kalshi is governed solely by your separate agreement with Kalshi, including its own terms of service, risk disclosures, and fee schedule.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIDoingIt and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your trading activity conducted through the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or liability. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, compatible with your device, or free of defects.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted under applicable law to trade on Kalshi to use the App. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the App and Kalshi is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
